Billy began his residential lending career in 1995 as his desire to work with finance, real estate and people all converged in one profession. Over the years, he has built a strong network by working closely with local credit unions, realtors, accountants, attorneys, and financial planners. Through these strategic partnerships and a steadfast dedication to client satisfaction, Billy has earned a trusted reputation in the mortgage industry.

A native of Sandusky, Ohio, Billy takes pride in his local roots and community involvement and was inducted into the Sandusky High School Athletic Hall of Fame. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he earned his Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

In 2001, Billy and his partner, Savage and Associates, started the mortgage brokerage, Savage Mortgage Services, Inc., with the goal of superior customer service, a very broad range of mortgage choices, and wealth accumulation through real estate for his clients.

With more than three decades of experience, Billy combines industry expertise with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Outside the office, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Whether he's helping a first-time buyer secure their dream home or guiding a seasoned investor through financing options, Billy leads Savage Mortgage with integrity, experience, and a client-first mindset.
